In de periode 2020-2024 ontwikkelde Vera Hofman een ideologie en concept van Energie: als instrument voor een verbonden samenleving.
In deze periode faciliteerde Powered by TINC meerdere incubator-trajecten.
Vanuit deze samenwerking ontstond de behoefte om een cultuur-fundament in de oplossing van het burendeelnet te realiseren. Vanaf januari 2025 ontwikkelt Powered by TINC het Betekenisfonds

Dock Zuid startte in 2016 als onderzoek hoe cultuur een plek kan beïnvloeden.
In 2018 startte de werkplaats voor muziek in de Kanaalzone in Tilburg. -
